EIFS Fiberglass Mesh

Fiberglass mesh is a material known for its high strength and light weight. This material is used to reinforce concrete, flooring, drywall, plastering, cement board, marble or stone, and as part of an EIFS wall. Also known as stucco mesh fiberglass it is also an excellent medium for reinforcing stucco, a construction material used for both decoration and protection of buildings.

Sunline’s fiberglass mesh for concrete and EIFS has a density between 145g/m² and 165g/m² for exterior cladding and façade work. It is constructed using E glass, which is the highest grade of fiberglass for making mesh, hence our EIFS mesh is of the highest quality. Other applications for our fiberglass mesh include creating foam shapes, and as a backing for tile, carpet, and mosaic tile work. Our fiberglass mesh rolls are resistant to alkalis, does not emit toxic or harmful substances, and will not decompose or rust over time. Since it is highly resilient, the EIFS mesh will not tear or stretch and protects the surface from cracking.
