Our EIFS mechanical fasteners are primarily used to install exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS). These mechanical fasteners are used to attach Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam board to plywood. OSB, light metals, and other approved substrates.
The functions of our EIFS mechanical fasteners are quite simple. The screw passes through the EPS foam and the washer stops the head of the screw from passing fully through the foam board. This counter-sinks the plastic stop washer and leaves the surface flush.
